Q1.Are there any MOQ requirement for new orders?
A1.Yes, normally it’s 10 pcs. However, if you need customized ones, the trial order MOQ is 1pcs.
Q2.Do you have sample to check before we place large quantity order?
A2.Yes surely we can. We have powerful stock of copper and aluminum materials. If the your request samples are the same dimensions in our stock, we will deliver them by international express for free.
Q3.How long is the sampling time?
A3.Normally 10-15 days for customized products.
Q4.What is the production time for new order & repeated order?
A4.Around 30 days for new order and around 20 days for repeated order.
Q5.What is your loading port?
A5.Shanghai Port is preferred, Ningbo & Tianjin or any other ports in China are also available.
Q6.Can I become an Agent / Dealer / Distributor of Highv products?

Q1. What information must I keep in mind before placing an order or requesting for a quote?
It is crucial that you have some basic information about our corona rings. Such information includes facts about raw materials grades, wall thickness and Outer diameter, tolerance, surface finish, and quality to mention but a few. If you have limited knowledge or the information you have is not clear, contact us, we will guide you through the entire process.
Q2. Which payment methods do you have?
Our company accepts normally Paypal, T/T payments. Call or email us if you need to use any new payment procedures.
Q3. Do you have any sales agreement or sample?
Yes. We have a sales agreement that has all the terms and conditions. By signing the contract, our client agrees to be bound by that agreement. You must go through the agreement well before making any payment.
Q4. How long does an invoice last when an order is placed?
All orders must abide by the Highv terms and conditions. All the payment terms are within our sole discretion. All invoices must be paid within the stated time on the invoice. Highv may sometimes invoice parts of an order separately.
